I am running Windows 10 but when I try to copy a movie I get the following message: Failed to create directory. I have version 9.2.1.5 Is there a fix for this?

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

Changing Temp File
I am running as Administrator. How do I change the path in the Temp File in the General menu? When I click on it and try to change, it will not allow me to enter anything. Thank you.Comment
