Had to get a new system when power surge took out old one. Had a surge protector connected but didn't stop this one. Just reinstalled fab but now instead of saying that I have a life enrollment it just says activated on the program splash page. Did I do something wrong or has this changed with the 12/24 update? Need to fix this if I can. Thanks

Open the program and check your license and/or activate it like so:

Oh and find yourself a one shot surge protector that's fast enough to protect your investment. Those strip type surge protectors will cost you another computer if you are subject to surges.

Thanks for the quick reply and advice. I am just a bit concerned that it activated for a limited time since the page just shows activated not the former entry of lifetime or unlimited when it first comes on.

gimp, check the License Info like in the scree shot above there is a column for expiration date.
