dvdfab 9.223 fail to initialize

I am stumped on why the newest 9 version continuously "fail to initialize". I have let it update while version 9219 is running..same thing. I have deleted all installs, tried disabling all services, there is no antivirus or firewall..still same problem. I can install and run the 9219, but when I try the new one..it fails with same warning. I run tn on old Asus lappy running xp...works perfect til now. I have even gone through regedit and cleaned out every DVDFAB file I can find.

the latest version is - 9.2.2.4 also make sure that you are running dvdfab "as administrator"
