DVDFab: 6.2.1.8 -Trouble installing on Win 7

When I try to install DVDfab on my windows 7 computer all is well until the reboot and I get this message; "The user Prifile Service failed the logon, user profile cannot be loaded." Now I can log on as a guest and use DVDfab but until I uninstall it I can't log on in my profile. Anyone have some insight?

You should be installing Fab as an Administrator
