"The audiocopy profile currently does not support to remove Cinavia"

I am trying to Rip Furious 7 and copy the audio track, but am getting a dialog box saying "The audiocopy profile currently does not support to remove Cinavia" and the Copy option cannot be enabled... I think I have ripped titles with Cinavia in the past without seeing this. And I don't really care if Cinavia is removed or not, since I prefer alternative players which ignore Cinavia.

Any advice?

There is a somewhat well hidden option to disable CinaviaRemoval that restores the functionality I had expected in version 9. It is not necessary to go back to version 8 after all. See this post.
