Resolution Issues

When ripping a DVD with DVD Fab, I noticed there are some resolution differences between DVD Fab and what I used to use, HandBrake.

It seems that the max resolution provided by DVD Fab is 632x480 where HandBrake will offer something like 704x480. Any clue to why this is?

I believe it can be adjusted, but am curious why this happens.

Also, I am ripping in the same format, MP4.

Probably automatic cropping in Fab. Trimming the black bars top and bottom rather than waste time and file size encoding black space. You can turn it off if you prefer.
