Bluray to DVD Failure

Every attempt I have made at using the bluray to dvd feature has failed. It doesn"t matter which movie I try, it still fails. It will show progress copying/converting the bluray up to the point that it completes the first part (copying bluray), then the program will pop up with an error stating that dvdfab has encountered a problem and needs to close before it burns the dvd. Error reporting will not work either when it stops working. I hit send, and it does nothing. My only option is to hit OK and let it close the program.

Using Windows Vista 64 and an LG Bluray multi-burner on a HP Pavilion Media PC.

DVDFab version 9.2.3.1

Any help is appreciated. I bought the additional lifetime version of the bluray to dvd, and at this point, it is totally useless to me.
