I don't buy DVDs very often, which generally means that every time I need to use DVDfab there's a new version to download; so a few weeks ago, I downloaded and installed the latest version, but this time I found that I can copy my new DVDs to my hard drive, but every time I try to burn a DVD, whether directly from another DVD or indirectly by letting DVDfab copy the DVD to a folder first and then copying that copy to a new DVD, my computer always crashes with a blue screen when it gets to the start of the burn phase.
So far, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, digging up the installers for several older versions that definitely worked for me in the past, using CCleaner, and checking for updated driver software - none of which have fixed the problem. Anyone have any suggestions for where to go from here?
