Cannot convert BD to AVI.

I take on all of the updates when they come out. For almost a year now I have not been able to convert Blu-ray discs to AVI format. I have been playing around with the settings and have even purchased a supported video card (for H.265 conversion).

Why can I convert to MKV and MP4, but not to AVI?

Give us more detail, why won't it work? The add buttons misfire on me but drag and drop works fine most of the time. Be as specific as you can and if the folder loads and fails post the internal log.
