No sound when ripping the bonuses

Hi Friends,

I use the latest version of DVDFab 9 to rip my Blurays, and I recently (purchased and) ripped the Star Trek Next Generation Season 7.

I have no problem with the episodes, but I get the video without any sound when I rip the bonuses : I can rip them and I get the video, but I got the video without the sound ??!!

Any idea to fix this problem ?? (please ask if you need screen copies)
