I want to copy my Netflix discs to my external drive like I've been doing for years with DVD Fab. Now it's copying the files into an .ISO format instead of the MP4, itunes no longer opens and I can't transfer the files to itunes like I did in the past.... What happened? How do I get things back to the way they were before?

You need to use the ripper option, not the DVD Copy.
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
