Hello, I'm new here. I just switched from AnyDVD after losing support.
I spent 5 hours yesterday learning to use the trial version and eventually figured out how to use some important features(subs), with the support from this forum, which is why I finally purchased a lifetime licence.
The program worked exactly as I require, except the little DVDFab watermark in the converted video, until I tried to activate it with Passkey 8.
Opening the program still shows Trial and when I insert a disk, (The new StarWars which worked fine yesterday) into the drive it just keeps kicking it out.
I'm more than a little frustrated any help would be much appreciated.
