win10x64 and 9244: "unable to find dvdfab.exe"

    win10x64 and 9244: "unable to find dvdfab.exe"

    Have been using 9.1.5.3 on win7x64 and would like to start using my win10 system but cannot execute dvdfab. AFAICT there is no problem with security permissions and I have installed and can run acronis2016, VS2015 and Acrobat DC just last week so I do not know why I am having problems with DVDFAB. This is all I see and I tried 3 installs:



    EDIT: I disabled firewall and neither malwarebytes nor defender report any problems. Same for event view - no app errors. win10 build is 10586.318

    1st - make sure that you are running dvdfab "as administrator"
    2nd - dvdfab is aware of the windows 10 problem and are working on a fix.

      Or try to install DVDFab 9 to a new path?

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
