I installed the latest 9.3.0.7 today and it still crashes on startup. This has been occurring for me since 9.3.0.3 and 9.3.0.5.
However, I believe it was able to send the report today. It never was able to before. I sent the report twice, the second time I included an email address. It said the report was successfully sent both times.
Perhaps you can let me know what is wrong.

I had to revert to 9.2.4.4, which is the last version that worked for me. It still is doing a good job.
