Other some older dvd's wont copy with current versions?

why is it that some older dvds that copy on older versions won't copy with new versions of fab?

trying to make a backup of when in rome and its not doing it on version 9 was reading that version 7.0.7.0 seems to be the winner for this movie but I can't find a link to dl it anywhere can somebody upload this file if you have it?

Click common settings - dvd - pathplayer - disable pathplayer
Restart dvdfab and try the disc again.

Post your dvdfab internal log file for this disk not the whole folder the last disk you did is at the bottom of the list in the folder post it here whenever you have a problem with Fab so staff can look at it and fix whatever is wrong so it don't happen again.And always use the latest version of Fab as it has the latest fixes.

version 9.2.4.5 worked fresh install on laptop but on my desktop version 9.2.0.9 did not work ive tried both pathplayer on and off same thing get an io read error

Could be a finger print, scratch or a manufacturing defect. I'd try cleaning the disc first.

9209 is over a month old update to current version of Fab.

And for this DVD, we need to enable Pathplayer.
