    GUI DVDFab 10 doesn't start

    Hi,

I have the problem, that DVDFab 10 doesn't start at all (Version 10.0.1.3). When I start DVDFab, the process starts and can be seen in the Taskmanager. About 5-10 seconds later, the process stops and that it was. Restarting computer doesn't change something.
    DVDFab 9 is still working.

    OS: Win 10 Pro (Version 10.0.14393) 64bit
Graphics: NVidia GTX 980 4GB newest driver with NVidia Experience 376.19 (installed yesterday)
    CPU: Intel i7 6700
    RAM: 32GB
HDD (where DVDFab is installed): Samsung SSD840 EVO 500GB
HDD (for outoput): Seagate ST3000DM001-1ER166 3000GB

make sure that you are running dvdfab "as administrator "
please post the dvdfab internal log file
check your antivirus software and any other security software you have installed.

It doesn't matters if I start it as Admin or not. After some further testings, I found out, that Trendmicro blocked the program.

          Hi,

I also installed Trend Micro on my Windows 10, but DVDFab 10 start well.

I used the default settings of Trend Micro.

Do I miss some settings in Trend Micro?

Mine ran upon installation but not after a restart. I added the entire DVDFab10 folder to the exceptions list in TM.

Now my question would be, why did TM block the program? What is it trying to do to my system?

unome, I suspect that it is blocking malware from phoning home and stealing your private information and just can't discriminate the harmless software from the malicious.
How to post the internal log
