My guess is something must be preventing DVDFab from connecting to the internet on your computer either your antivirus or firewall. Do you get a firewall popup when installing DVDFab and allow it connect to the internet?

It wouldn't hurt make sure to install DVDFabs exe file as administrator

Hi Ernie, You can also do it another way without open DVD Fab copy etc.at all. Firstly open DVD Forum from the net. Then right click on it when open, click on .."Create shortcut" and you have an icon on your Desk Top for immediate open the forum. How's that ?
