Optical Drives Failed to burn discs. DVD and bluray.

I have DVDFab version 10.0.2.0. DVD copy and Blu-ray copy. I can read and save ISO of my movies without problems. But when I go to burn to disk the following message appears:

FlexBurn:
I/O Error!
Cdb. Test Unit Ready
SenseData: Invalid Address For Write.


When I want to record Blu-ray this other message appears:

FlexBurn:
I/O Error!
Cdb. Test Unit Ready
SenseData: Logical Unit Communication CRC Error (ULTRA-DMA/32)

I am desperate, I have already burned more than ten disks, I have changed the recording speed, the recording engine..but I can not solve it.

Check you pin drive configuration. (master or slave)
There should have at less one master on your cable.
