License/Key Activation Problem

This is actually two problems in one.

I recently changed Internet Service Providers (my old one was getting really bad). I submitted a request to change my e-mail address, but my old account had already closed, so I could not access the confirmation e-mail that was sent to the old address. Is there another way I can get my e-mail address updated?

Second, I've finally upgraded from DVDFab 9 to DVDFab 10, but I cannot get it to activate; when I provide my (old) email address and password, everything still comes up in "Trial" mode. Am I doing something wrong?

Problem Fixed

I just had to reset my password under the new email address.
