Other Change Email when you cant access old email account?

I need help. I want to change my email address on the official website. The problem is they want to send an email to the old email address on file. The problem is I can no longer access it. My password attempts fail and I forgot the answer to one of the two questions on security questions. I know the answer to both but Yahoo keeps telling me the answer to the second question is wrong. What can I do???
