OK, I've had the lifetime license for years. There are now so many blurays coming out with Cinavia that I can't really rip much anymore. I want to buy the lifetime Cinavia removal tool. I tried and since it's a .cn domain and outside the US, my credit card won't complete the transaction.

How do I buy this?

Is there a prepaid travel card that I can use?

My brother had this problem. It's your credit card issuer. Many of the smaller card issuers, especially from smaller banks and credit unions do this. As stated, use a credit card issued by a major financial institution.
