Single VOB with Chapter Markers?

Single VOB with Chapter Markers, is this possible? I'm streaming them into my AppleTV and watching through XBMC.

there is a VOB passthrough that makes one VOB located in the DVD to Mobile option but not sure if it has chapter Markers though

Ya, I tried that and the chapter markers are lost.

No it is not possible because the chapter marks are held in the IFO files, not the VOB's.
