License Transfer to New Machine Won't Work

I had purchased DVDFab6 after trial period. Paid for 2 year licence which was good until 2011-12-15. Everything worked fine until my old computer was done in by virus, so I purchased new one. Sent message for help and was emailed link to download latest Beta and an attached key to register. Download went well. Tried to open attachment for key and computer refused saying I had no program available to open attachment. Then keyed in old registration key from original purchase which worked fine, but now my membership is only a TRIAL ONE for 30 days. So now what do I do????
