How to reply to a Private Message?

I can't get this new web format!

I've been send a PM, and yet I can't find where to quote/replied button!

In notification, I don't see that tab!

It's okay, tho! If anything I just a straight PM!

It's beside the Notifications tab.
Use the Messages dropdown select Go to Message Center
Click on the "title" of the PM
This will give you a reply box
