My NAS crashed and I had to start copying my 600 blu-ray discs again only to find that this ridiculus daily limit has been applied. At 10 copies a day this will take months to get through my library. A limit of 10 per day makes no sense to me. If you are trying to prevent people making money by bulk copies I understand but 10 per day is not a sensible limit. I could live with 20 or 30 since that is about as many as one person could do with a single PC. But 10 is so easy to exceed even in a legitimate scenario. Can this limit not be raised? Nobody is going to build a business on 20 or 30 discs per day.

The limit had nothing whatever to do with your incorrect assumption. It is to keep the server from being tied up by one or two people. While I sympathize with you on the inconvenience this causes you, no good can come from rehashing a longstanding limit.
