Best way to convert BD to I-Phone format?

Been trying to convert a ripped BD title that my wife bought (Mamma Mia!) to I-phone format. First attempt resulted in a out of sync file (Which i-Tunes would not load onto my i-phone anyway so what's up with that?). The second attempt was a BD to BD9 conversion after which I tried the file to mobile option which resulted in synced audio - but this time it was the "directors cut" soundtrack.

The documentation for the BD option seems to be lacking ATM so I am lost here. Is it the copy protection hosing this? where can I go for some solid advice?

BTW DVD and other formats are working right.

There is no BD to mobile option at the moment which could be why you having this problem. They are working on a BD to mobile but no time frame to when it is available
