Dual layer disc

I had to reformat my hard drive due to a virus on my computer. When I put the program back on, I had to update (which I did). Now, with every movie I had tried to copy, when I put in my blank disc, it says it's a single layer and I need a dual layer. I have never had this problem before and now it's (like I said) with every movie I've tried. Is there some setting that I need to change to make the program quit looking for a dual layer? I thought it might be due to the size of the movies so I even just tried to copy the movie alone and it still wanted a dual layer. PLEASE HELP!!!

Take a look at the attachment and make sure you have it set to DVD5

Thank you. Apparently, my registration key was out so it wouldn't let me change it so I renewed and now it's set on DVD5. I hope it works now! Thanks again!
