can't copy any of the Lionsgate dvds xp running 9.2.4.5. any ideas

We would suggest to download and install the latest DVDFab 10 at http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm on Windows 7/8/10 system to copy movies.
We don't offer support to old DVDFab 9 versions any more; the old versions won't support newly released movies. As long as you have valid license for DVDFab product(s), you can continue to use it in new versions of DVDFab.
