    Problem With DVDfab Remote App

    Hi

    I am having a problem with Remote App scanning my computer running DVDfab. It started when I upgraded from my phone from Android 6 to Android 7. I can input my address but the app will not save it for the next time I use the app. I have to Keep inputting the address every time I use it.

    We tested on our side, we could not reproduce the problem, DVDFab Remote can automatically scan and connect to DVDFab, no need to input address manually.

    Please temporarily disable firewall and your antivirus software on your PC to try again and see if it will make a difference.

    If still have problem, please tell us the brand and model of your phone.
