How to set a DEFAULT video profile?

Every time I start DVDFab 11, I get reset to the "MP4" profile, when I want to use a custom profile I created called MKV.1080.HIQ.2PASS.Default. However, I can't figure out how to set that as a default. How can I do this please?

Which mode did you use? Ripper or Converter?
Also, are you using v11.0.0.2?

Normally, if profile MKV.1080.HIQ.2PASS.Default is the last one you used before exiting DVDFab, it should be the one selected when DVDFab restarts.
