Every time I rip a movie, it has subtitles in the movie. I am running 11.0.0.1 on a Windows PC. How can I remove these subtitles?

This arrowhead or Delta or whatever it is indicates that subtitle will be on by default, clear it by clicking on it and no subtitle should play by default.
