hi all. i bought my first video card the other day. nvidia geforce gt 1030. installed correctly, updated the driver, all is running well. however, when i open up dvdfab to use the blu ray ripper function, it tells me tat my video card is not detected. is there a setting i have missed out on? all help appreciated thank you.

hi all. this is my first post. finally added a video card to my pc. nvidia geforce gt 1030. now when i use the blu ray ripper function, it says it cannot detect my video card when clearly its there. ive updated the video card driver and still nothing. are there any settings i may have missed out on? help a noob who just bought his first video card. all help appreciated thank you. -

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
