TiVo to DVD

I am looking to write non-copy protected TiVo recordings (after being transfered to my PC) to a DVD. It appears that I first must convert from Tivo to VOB. Is there any procedure within DVDFab I can use?

No, there is none. Fab only works with DVD structured files.

You will have to use some other application and I am sure that there are plenty on the Web.
