DVDFab window position 'jumps' when moving to a second monitor

Is this a known bug?
When I drag DVDFab from my left monitor to my right monitor, the window 'jumps' off screen, further to the right, where it can't be seen.
If I don't release the mouse button and reverse the direction of my mouse I'll see the window 'slide' on screen from the right most edge.
If I do release the mouse button, the window is gone.
I can pseudo recover from this by holding shift and right clicking the fab icon in the windows 10 task bar, then choosing move and holding down the left arrow for a considerable amount of time, then the window appears, but can no longer be resized or moved.
