Purchase Problem 4k recorder copy and 4k recorder Riiper discount for AIO members?

I got a email on the 12th stating that 4k recorder copy and ripper are available @ a 50% discount for AIO users which I am and it does not show in the member center?

So I can't purchase them to keep my AIO up to date any help would be appreciated.
