I have an official, licensed copy of DVDfab x64 with several modules licensed. My operating system is Windows 10 Home x64, updated with all recent patches.
Today as I was browsing in Google Chrome, I received a popup offer for a DVDfab bundle in the lower right corner of my screen. It was at the operating system level, not Chrome, as it remained visible after the browser was closed.
I have no obvious DVDfab processes or services running. I had not opened the product during the current session of Windows (since turning on the computer today).
I do lots of screen sharing in public web conferences. I absolutely cannot run the risk of a random marketing offer showing up and overlaying my screen content. How do I disable this and ensure that I get no more popup offers outside active use of the product?
