Any decisions made on what could be the cause of this poster failure?

The problem is getting a poster to load. I am using:

    Fix Match
    Added the title and year
The poster I want shows up but when I try to load it I get error message of:

    “(undefined/Invalid Params"

    Modify Inaccurate Metadata
We are unable to duplicate it. Please specify the movie you that could duplicate the issue, and take a screenshot of that error to show us.
Also, please zip the whole DVDFab 12 log folder and post it here, thanks.

Any answers or responses from Beijing on what can be causing this error to show up when trying to load a poster?

Probably some difficulty in the database, I will ask the Beijing staff to verify the entry for this title, sorry for the problem.
