Help DVDFab x64 v12 will not run.

Help... Last time I used DVDFab v12 was on 1/5/2021. Today when I clicked on my desktop shortcut nothing happens. I uninstalled, ran CCCleaner, rebooted and then installed the new version DVDFab 12.0.1.7 same thing, nothing happens. I uninstalled again, ran CCCleaner, rebooted than installed a previous version to 1/5/201 and tried for the 3rd time without out success. I have not made any changes to my PC in well over a year...except I installed the free trial of DVD Video downloader back on 12/19/2020, which worked great. What do I need to do to get DVDFab v12 back up and running? Thanks for any help you can provide me. ~Dave..

I figured it out. It was trying to access a folder on a non-existent USB disc that I was using to save the out put files to. Once I plugged it back in again it fired right up... have a good day!
