Can I combine files from DVD and Blu Ray?

Hi - I have several movies; Grumpy Old Men, Grumpier Old Men, Last Action Hero and Death Becomes Her on DVD and Blu Ray. The DVDs are the old 4:3 "pan and scan" format, but they all have sub-titles. The Blu Ray versions do not have sub-titles/captions on them. Is there any way to run all of these through DVDFab and "pluck" a file from the DVD file and put into the Blu Ray file to get captions on the Blu Ray versions of these movies? Any suggestions, advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, you can use DVD to Blu-ray Converter to convert the DVD into Blu-ray format, be sure to tick all the subtitle streams and save the output on your hard drive, after that you can use Copy Merge mode to load the Blu-rays and merge them.
