Auto update not working

DVDFab x64 version 12.0.0.0 stopped asking me to update.
If I used "Check for Update" it said it was the lastest. But 12.0.2.1 was there. I had to download it manually.

Also DVDfab Downloader x64 version 3.0...something failed.
It did say there was an update, but it failed to download.

Does anyone see this as well?

Whatever the reason is the auto updates occasionally fail. This subject was brought up before. We were told to go ahead and download from their web site. That method never fails.

There could be some problem with the x64 version 12.0.0.0, please download the latest version at https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm and then install it to get update manually, if in the future you have an issue updating DVDFab 12 via online, please send us the log file under this path.
