I paid for a YouTube downloader and never got the key.

My bank was charged the 39.99 on 5-7-21 early morning and nothing. I opened a ticket, nothing. This has never happened before, and I need this key for a project that I am working on. I even sent an email with all of the transaction info and nothing.
This has never happened with any FAB order before. Is there anybody home?
