Can DVDFab help convert a Region 0 or 2 DVD to Region 1?

I live in the USA and many movies I want to re-see from France are simply NOT available in the USA (we're so damn xenophobic).

So if this tool could convert PAL dvd to NTSC dvd it would be great.

dvdfab cannot convert PAL to NTSC but it will remove the region code so the disc will be region free.
