Boost to video frame to 60 FPS

Maybe I'm confused, but when I select Boost Video Frame To 60 FPS it just takes me to Ripper. Can this be used on previously ripped DVDs or just the one you're going to rip? I did purchase the Lifetime 60 FPS smoother. I don't see anything when I select choose other profile that would accomplish this task. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Smoother AI supports "Boost Video Frame To 60 FPS", and it currently can work with Blu-ray Ripper.
We will add support for DVD in the future.
