    CPU/GPU Graphics card not detected

    Hi

I have a 2019 Dell XPS 15 with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 card. This was working previously for hardware encoding\decoding. I havent used it in a while but when I go to common settings and click hardware settings it says no graphics card capable of hardware acceleration is detected on your computer. The only thing which I can think has changed is that I am now on Windows 11. But I can't choose either CUDA or Intel Quick synch and so everything is taking a very long time using software encoding\decoding. Can you suggest any settings I should change on my machine to get the rippping process to use the graphics card or Intel quick synch

I installed DVDFAB 11 and that detects my card. It is version DVDFAB 12 that seems to be the problem. Is there any reason why version 12 wouldn't work with my particular card?
