Can't Change My Account Email

I am moving to a new email and am not able to change it here.

Then clicking on "here" gets me this:


WTactualF? If they want any more of my money, they're going to have to let me change my email.

We use a third-party spam filter on DVDFab forum, Yahoo, or Hotmail email account could be in their blocklist, please specify your email accounts through forum PM, I will check. Thanks.
