dvdfab 32 bit link

I have the 32 bit version and I would like the link for the dvdfab update, for some reason, I get a black screen. If i go directly from the site, I get the 64 bit which it doesn't work on my pc. thanks

For the black screen problem, you may try to update the driver of your graphics card to try again and see the result.

About x64 version, please kindly explain the problem you've encountered, we will check, thank you.

Your technician did tried to fix it but couldn't find the cause of the problem. Said it's probably a window issue.
