Other Live Update Window Blank, all Black

Am currently on DVDFAB x64 12.0.5.2. When start DVDFab, it opens the live update dialog window in the same way it has for years, but instead of showing me the buttons to download the update, the entire live update window is solid black. This means I cannot update my version to the newest. My license is valid.

How do I fix this?
