Other Issues Logging In to DVDFab website

As of this message, I am unable to log in to the DVDFab website. Fields are there and asking for information however, unable to actually enter the information requested. Anyone else having this issue? I am trying to active purchased software and change some of my contact information.

You may try to connect through a different network and see if it will make a difference.
Also, can you log in on your phone?

I am unable to login using my phone however, I was able to login to the website using Google Chrome.
