    What is easiest way to play video ISO file

    What is easiest the way to play a video ISO file located on my hard drive? Do I need to setup a virtual drive, or is there any player that'll play it automatically?

    Hands down, VLC.
    It's free, does not rely on external codecs and will play darn near anything.
