    Recent Purchase Issue - Need Help

    Hi There..
    I tried DVD Fab for Mac last week to backup my 3D Blu Rays for the first time and loved the program.
    When I decided to buy DVD Fab Blu Ray - I did not realize that the Blu Ray Copy and Blu Ray Ripper are separate purchases.
    I wanted to buy the Blu Ray Copy but by mistake bought the Blu Ray Ripper.
    I now I see that both can be bought for 119 - which is a very great deal.
    DVD Fab advertises 30 day money back garuntee..
    How can I return the Blu Ray Ripper and buy the package of both Blu Ray Ripper and Copy for 119?

      Thank you for your post..

      I filled and submitted the contact form - sent e mails - etc and no response, so decided to subscribe here hoping they will look at my issue and respond.

      I like the program a lot.... one way would be to call my credit card company and ask for a refund... but hoping to hear from DVD Fab and solve this issue which would be the best way to resolve.

                This week I received the refund for the Blu Ray Ripper and the Extended Service.
                So now I have the Blu Ray Ripper and Copy with the Extended Download Service for the special Price.
                The program works fantastic - I am using it to Rip my Bly Ray Movies.
